Finalizing a raw material supplier

At first define the kind of raw material that we require.
Then a thorough research is done to identify potential suppliers.
Then we check whether a supplier possesses all the required certificates and licenses.
Next step is asking them to send us the Certificate of Analysis. By checking the COA we can understand the raw material quality and purity. The more information a supplier provides in their COA, we can better understand their capabilities and internal quality standards.

After thoroughly checking the COA we shortlist the suppliers based on the COA and enquire about the prices and other required details.
Then after comparing the pricing, COA and company’s reputation, the potential suppliers are again shortlisted and then the final list is sent to Mr.Proksch.
If needed, we ask the shortlisted suppliers to send us the samples and these samples are sent to the manufacturer to check the raw material samples and give us their feedback.

Finalizing a manufacturer

First we define the specific requirements, such as the types of pharmaceutical products we want to manufacture, the quantity, quality standards, manufacturing capacity, regulatory compliance, and any other essential criteria
Then we conduct thorough research to identify potential pharmaceutical manufacturers that align with our requirements. We look for companies with a good track record, relevant experience, existing client and positive customer reviews.
We check whether a manufacturer possesses all the required certificates and licenses.
Once then we shortlist companies based on all our findings.
Then we contact the shortlisted manufacturers to inquire about their capabilities, services, and products.
We ask the pricing for their services and considering all the above points the manufacturers are again shortlist.
Once we are satisfied with certain manufacturer’s capabilities and terms, we again shortlist the potential partners from the previous shortlisted companies and are sent to Mr.Proksch for his review.
We visit the manufacturer’s facility to personally assess their operations, manufacturing processes, and quality control procedures.
